The official calls for #Cultures 2027 are now available in one central page. Participants can access the General Call, submit a work, apply for a Thematic Axis Partnership, establish an Institutional Partnership or register to attend the congress without submitting a contribution.
Call for Institutional Partners Now Open for #Cultures 2027
#Cultures 2027 invites universities, graduate programmes, research centres, academic networks, associations and cultural institutions to join the congress as institutional partners. The partnership is non-financial and seeks to strengthen international cooperation, scientific visibility and participation across the congress network. Applications are open until 31 January 2027.
Call for Thematic Axis Partnerships Now Open for #Cultures 2027
#Cultures 2027 invites researchers, research groups, laboratories, graduate programmes and academic networks to collaborate in the scientific development of its eight thematic axes. Selected partners will join the corresponding Scientific Committee and propose an activity for the congress programme. Applications are open until 30 September 2026.
Call for Submissions Now Open for #Cultures 2027
The Call for Submissions for #Cultures 2027 is now open. Researchers, students, educators, artists, cultural managers and professionals are invited to submit scientific, pedagogical, artistic and professional contributions across eight thematic axes. The final submission deadline is 28 February 2027.
#Cultures 2027: Event Rescheduled to April 2027
The International Online Congress of Studies on Cultures has been rescheduled from October 2026 to 6-9 April 2027. The change follows a review of the event’s financial and organisational conditions and allows the congress proposal to be reformulated on a more sustainable, accessible and internationally integrated basis.
