Submissions may receive decisions before the final consolidated results date when the review and validation processes have been completed.
Publication opportunities
Contributions that are accepted, presented and approved for publication may be included in the digital congress proceedings with an individual DOI.
Selected authors may also be invited to develop expanded versions for post-event publication opportunities in partner journals and collective e-books, subject to separate editorial evaluation.
Registration and payment
Authors may begin a submission while registration payment is pending. However, the work will only be formally processed and forwarded for peer review after the registration and payment of every linked author and co-author have been confirmed.
Each participant must create an individual account, select the Author role and complete the applicable registration. Each paid Author registration covers participation in up to two works.
Before submitting, authors should:
- Read the complete Call for Submissions.
- Select the most appropriate thematic axis.
- Choose the correct submission format.
- Prepare the file using the official template.
