Some processes operate on a continuous basis. Applications and submissions may therefore receive a decision before the final deadline, provided that all applicable requirements have been fulfilled.

Registration Dates
Registration is available for Authors and Attendees. Authors must complete payment by the final Author deadline. Attendee registration remains open until the day before the congress.

Scientific Submissions
Work Submission and Peer Review Dates
Work submissions and scientific evaluation operate on a continuous basis from the opening date.
A submission will only enter the scientific evaluation process after all files and metadata have been completed and payment has been confirmed for every author and co-author linked to the work.

Institutional Partnership Dates
Institutional partnership requests are reviewed as they are received. Earlier formalisation allows the institution to benefit from a longer period of visibility in congress communications.

After the congress, the organisation will complete participation validation, issue certificates and begin the editorial preparation of the proceedings and invited publications.

- Partnership proposals and work submissions are evaluated continuously.
- Consolidated rounds are organisational milestones and do not prevent earlier decisions.
- A work may be entered into the system while registration payment is pending.
- The work will only be processed after payment has been confirmed for every linked author and co-author.
- Author registration and payment close on 28 February 2027.
- Attendee registration remains open until 5 April 2027.
- Dates may be adjusted by the General Organizing Committee when required for operational or scientific reasons.
- Any adjustment will be communicated through the official congress website and participant accounts.
