Registration and Submission Flow
How to Participate
Complete the registration form using a valid email address and your complete personal and institutional information.
Select Author when submitting or co-authoring a work. Select Attendee when participating without authorship.
Authors may log in and complete the submission workflow even when registration payment is still pending.
Registration payments are processed through PayPal. Each author and co-author must complete their own payment.
The submission will only be processed and forwarded to peer review after all linked authors and co-authors have confirmed registrations and payments.
Important Payment Requirement
Submission Does Not Mean Immediate Processing
The platform allows authors to register, select the Author category and submit a work while payment remains pending.
Nevertheless, submission processing and peer review will only begin after the registration payment of every author and co-author associated with the work has been confirmed. A pending payment from any linked author may prevent the submission from proceeding to evaluation.
